Work Experience:
VeriDaas Corporation
LiDAR Data Processor I (2022-2024)
During my time at VeriDaaS Corporation, I gained two years of extensive LiDAR data processing expertise, specializing in mensuration and translation of Geiger-mode LiDAR data. My responsibilities included: Utilizing collected survey check points to ensure adherence to required project specifications, utilizing strict quality control measures to ensure point density and classifications met expectations, & the generation of client reports showcasing the pre and post data processing statistics.
Furthermore, in my time at VeriDaaS I cross trained in flight planning where I crafted flight plans and generated flight estimates for potential or awarded projects. In addition to flight planning β I have experience in processing high quality GNSS solutions in POSPac for subsequent LiDAR data processing stages.
I gained an enormous amount of experience working with various remote sensing/GIS software such as QT Modeler, Global Mapper, ArcGIS Pro, as well as using propriety processing systems.

Throughout my time at iHerb, I held diverse roles, swiftly gaining experience that ultimately led to my promotion to a managerial position as a department lead.
As a Warehouse Department Lead from August 2020 to July 2022, I spearheaded operations by aligning objectives and facilitating communication among department managers, overseeing a team of 25 employees. My responsibilities included promoting a safe and inclusive work environment, conducting start-up meetings to review daily goals, and fostering employee engagement and teamwork to achieve organizational objectives.
Prior to this role, I served as an Equipment Operator from October 2019, where I coordinated deliveries, ensured accuracy of incoming products, and upheld safety protocols to prevent accidents and damage to equipment. I acquired certifications for Crown SC counterbalance forklifts and PE walkie rider pallet trucks.
In my starting role in Shipping & Receiving Replenishment from January 2018 to November 2019, I utilized computer systems and handheld scanners to efficiently manage product placement, contributing to business growth and profitability. My consistent performance led to recognition for maintaining a 100% productivity rate and surpassing department goals.

My academic background, culminating in an MGISc degree from Kent State University in 2023, underscores my passion for continuous learning and application of new knowledge. With a keen interest in remote sensing technology, particularly in the realms of Land Use Land Change and environmental applications.
